If it's not illegal and in the same category as wheat and tomatoes than why is the usda having the DEA test hemp plants? The DEA doesn't test tomatoes and wheat does it?
Let's not all get excited too quickly here. Problem is we legalize this Hemp, yet if you use the hemp flower the same way you would use regular Marijuana, you will FAIL a drug test for thc!! Soooo what's the point? Might as well just use regular pot. Same fallout. A hemp flower looks AND smells identical to the regular stuff. I've given some to a friend without telling them it was hemp and they didn't even blink at it. No wonder you will need to jump through hoops to prove it's only Hemp. Here's a thought, how about someone invent a drug test that can, without a doubt, pinpoint impairment or if it's only hemp? Legalizing these things prematurely aren't we? Giving a false sense of security to honest people? Hemp is the exact same as Marijuana with regards to what matters most; people's job security and stigma of use. We are doing things backwards here and putting people and families in jeopardy with this false sense of "oh but its federally legal now" b.s. Ultimately, until it can be tested for in the same way Alcohol is, than we should probably stay away from Hemp till they figure out how to test for it properly. Sorry to rant on, just feel this is an incredibly important topic that is picking up momentum and I want to keep it going. Great informative video by the way.

I hope that there will be a lot of pain sufferers like myself who can find some relief from hemp products and not have to depend on opioids to treat their chronic pain. Even at a pain clinic, opioid treatment doesn't, and probably cannot, continue for a lifetime, but chronic pain often does.
Ok Im a serious farmer in Kansas. You said "plant those seeds!" So i still have people saying i need a permit! What the hell for!? If its on the same level as other crops then why cant i plant a few acres to hemp next summer!? Why should i have to get permission if its hemp!? If thats not an issue then all i need to have is a place to sell it! I wanna grow it! Im an anxious green thumb!! Plleeeaasss say I caaannn!!

They are separate so grow your allotted amount of recreational and grow cbd separate without creating a high plant count

Not in Ireland I ordered cbd in weed and hash from from England there is 2% THC in it and cosdons have it its a lode of bolx 👍
