  1. I live in Pennsylvania and I have a medical marijuana card and I am moving to a dangerous neighborhood I would like to get a firearm but because of the medical marijuana laws I don’t think I can so do you think my girlfriend can get a gun?

  2. I've been approved for a concealed carry permit and I've been taking antidepressants for 35yrs total side effects for effexor xr that I experience are dry mouth, weight gain and elevated cholesterol levels. In order to recieve my permit I need a letter from a doctor. The only problem I have is my family physician doesn't approve of firearms and the physician that originally prescribed the medication im taking is retired, I'm a law biding citizen with no bad record of any kind, I'm 66 yrs old, I've been married for 43 yrs to the same woman, I retired from chrysler Corp. with 30yrs of service, I'm a Navy veteran. Kinda puzzled,

  3. The DEA’S own definition of what attributes constitute a schedule 1 controlled substance, disqualifies cannabis as a schedule 1 substance.

How are lawyers not pointing this out??

  4. what if you already own a gun (rifle or shotgun), and didn't have a permit before getting your medical card in florida? I don't conceal carry but what about the laws on home defense?

  5. Question, medical records are protected under HIPAA law, and a Individual is not legally required to expose medical information…. so does that not pertain to a background check if you have a medical card and you dont wish to disclose your medical history?

  6. With the second amendment stating that it is necessary for the protection of a free state for the people to be able to keep and bear arms in order to be used for an organized militia, that would mean that anybody who is draftable technically according to the second amendment as qualified as being necessary for them to keep and bear arms that should be used to protect the free state. The idea of keeping in bearing arms to protect the free state is in case of a foreign or domestic attack we do not have a situation set up to where they could immediately arm every able-bodied person against every foreign and domestic attack and that is why the right to keep and bear arms is in the constitution
That right shall not be infringed by marijuana use, prior felonies or anything that would keep you from being drafted into military use technically
also it doesn't state that these weapons need to be kept for hunting or home defense it literally states that we need to keep and bear arms for the protection of a free state against a possible invasion how can silencers machine guns or anything like that that is common use for military be disqualified from citizen ownership it cannot under the second amendment

  7. Shall not be infringed.
Not, "Shall not be infringed, unless…
The federal government can kiss my card carrying ass with their 2A infringing laws.
    🖕🏻 Fed boys

  8. What happens if I don't have weed in my possession but I have a gun and I don't feel or show sences of being intoxicated but I drop dirty for weed and the case is out of self defense

This bill removes the federal prohibition on the sale, purchase, shipment, receipt, or possession of a firearm or ammunition for an individual who uses marijuana for medical purposes in accordance with state law. (Currently, marijuana is on the list of controlled substances, and an individual who illegally uses or is addicted to a controlled substance, including marijuana, is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition.)

  10. I'm not sure if you've already discussed it but can you keep us up-to-date with HR 420. It's relating to this very subject, and I feel like not enough people talking about it.
