thc does that to me as well. every time i try to smoke I think my life is over!!!! I dont understand how a human would ever want to experience weed? I thought i was on deaths doorstep last time. I felt super venerable and weak. My hands started shaking and my whole body shakes. I sweat when its cold out and accuse people of poisoning me. Its much much worse than im describing. The gods dont want people like me to smoke weed.
It could have been the THC but if it happens again, hes either truly schizophrenic or because weight cuts and its related dehydration and taking multiple supplements can be literally poisonous. It can cause recurrent UTIs and dehydration episodes which wreak havoc on many people's kidneys and subsequently brain chemistry and state.
