I'm confused regarding glutamate needing to be made higher as hyperglutimateemia is actually a solid cause for the mentioned conditions. In fact most depressed people have a solid issue with too much glutamate and not enough gaba.

Its idiots like this that my ex-fiancé who was an RN got research from stupid people like this and hid her serious drug addiction to ketamine from me and got caught at the hospital she worked at and got her nursing license revoked. Being in a temporary hallucinate lost state of mind is not a solution to treat depression or pain you moron! Its also used as a date rape drug.

Been using actual ketamine compounded by a pharmacy in Australia for years as lozenges, creams and nasal spray not esketamine or whatever they sell in the USA , it’s prescribed to me and it helps my Eds and Lupus pain and fatigue . Infusions are best but I moved states and they won’t do them at my small rural Hospital

When I took it before a night out in Ibiza the whole bathroom flooded with green gunge. The toilet overflowed with this green gunge so I jumped in the bath. From the bath when I looked in the mirror I could see my mates flying in the other room. I then went out onto the balcony to listen to music. I looked over at another hotel room party which looked cool. Then I noticed the Grim Reaper standing on their balcony pointing at me. I understood this was a hallucination so rubbed my eyes and looked away. When I looked back he was gone so I laughed. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked down and it was a big hand made only of bone, looked up and the Grim Reaper was standing right next to me. The next day when I thought I was better I went to grab a sandwich and it was pouring with rain. Every droplet of rain was blood. Then there was blood streaming down the streets.
True. It's dangerous if you take ketamine in big quantities. But those like me will always find a reason to push it further. Sometimes lying to myself that if i go a little deeper i will discove4 something. The ultimate revelation. Sometimes even beliving that even if ketamine has serious side effects i am special and it will notdamage my body/brain. This is what ketamine does to your logic. And I was telling all these lies to justify the next line I would take.
What do u do when even ketamine fails? I've had already full ketamine treatment but it didn't help for my severe MDD. Improtant to note- I didn't experience hallucinations like everyone I know who has been treated with the same dosages as me

I got a shot of ketamine in the ambulance after breaking my femur. Ketamine is a modern miracle, it completely annihalated the pain, which the morphine shots I received afterwards didnt quite manage to do. Its like it separates your body from your mind and then liberates your mind from your entire being. Not only was I temporarily liberated from my pain, I was also liberated from my worries about breaking my leg, and this actually lasted for a few weeks after it wore off. I was surprisingly upbeat and positive despite my pain. I actually asked the nurses to give me ketamine instead of morphine because it worked so well against pain, but they wouldnt do it unfortunately. Morphine just made me very dreamy and gave me extreme nausea and stomach aches. It eased the pain but it just never really killed it the way ketamine did. Morphine seems to keep my feet on the ground while ketamine pulls my head into outer space.
