Honey I do understand. I list my mother in 09,and my dad in 2018. I don't think you ever get over losing ur parents. I am glad ur finishing ur treatment that's good at least. My hair grew In alot darker after my cancer as well. I also knows how it feels to be stuck at home,as I don't have a car,and have to beg a ride everywhere I go. And it can make you feel lonely, and depressed for sure. I hope things get better for you sweetie God bless 🤗💞
Ohhh, my dear Ray! You have been going through so much. I lost my mom Sept 2020, and lost my daddy when I was 26 in April 1987. Yes, that makes me 63. I'm so impressed with the way you express your feelings. Keep talking, it helps. I have found that going outside, laying on a blanket and cloud watch, they take you away…. and also staying in the "now." Simply observe what is around you. For me just deep breathing can refresh you for the moment or even longer. Yes! Mental health is MATTERS. You made a video, that takes a lot, good for you! Please, please keep it up. I really like to know how you are doing. You are a sweetheart! ❤
