Dude…Declan is one of THOSE dog owners lol …I'd be annoyed as heck…I agree the passive aggressiveness sucks, but get the dog a bark collar…you can get one that beep and then vibrate or lightly shock to teach the dog not to bark…they make them very safe and lots of options! Love you though!
I challenge Declan to present his dog-barking case on Reddit's AIA (Am I the Asshole) group. I guarantee he will get ripped so harshly he will cry. He's getting mad at other people for extraneous details so he can remain in denial over the fact that he is the problem. In this case (probably others as well …) he is the a-hole.

Team Declan for sure. There is a certain level of noise you tacitly agree to by signing a lease at an apartment complex. Whether it's kids, dogs, or the miserable married couple down the hall that argues too much. If you don't like it, there are certainly complexes out there that don't allow dogs that these killjoys can move to. Also puppies will be puppies, keep working with him and his separation anxiety will improve!
The number of hours of barking is immaterial if your dog is consistently barking in an apartment when you're away. Multiple hours is too many and your righteous indignation is misplaced. Focus on learning how to help your dog deal with the separation anxiety — sounds like your dog needs you to work with a dog trainer. And it would be good form to let the neighbors in earshot of your unit know you're working on this.
What GD dumb sports fan base we have. They were picked third in the division to start the year. They were in first with 45 games to go. They have had 30 players on the DL and are one of the youngest teams in baseball. It makes me laugh that only MN fans think our teams have issues like this. Pitching era is under 3.0 the last 15 games and now they can't hit. Am I happy? no. Do you really think they were going wire to wire? That's funny..
Some quick facts on the Twins ownership: The Pohlad family paid roughly $60 million to buy the Twins between 1981-82. The Minnesota Twins were valued by Forbes at $2 Billion in 2021. Small market my ass. If the Twins ownership has continued the Calvin Griffith philosophy of having to balance the budget every year, they should get the hell out of baseball. I have worked in business for 45 years. At times a business needs to invest heavily to improve profits in the long term. The Twins are not following that model. The COVID seasons hurt overall profit margins, but they did for every other team as well. I go back to pitching. The minor league system has very little coming in the next two years. Why do the Twins continue to sit out the offseason where pitching is concerned?
Maybe the twos should hire a yoga guru to help the ball players stay healthy. Lifting builds muscle stretching lengthens the tendons and muscles hence fewer injuries.
Don’t expect a minor league manager run a major league ball club and think a miracle might happen. Analytics give you info but can’t make you a champion.

You know, the fans DO have the power to force change. Stop buying overpriced season tickets, parking, concessions and merch and ownership will make changes. Money talks! You stop giving they start listening. As fans, if you continue to placate then don't whine when product continues to suck
