  1. 8:02 its a no brainer that any impairing medication (with side effects impairing judgement such as opioid pain medications) prescribed by a doctor during work hours is not acceptable. The "medical card holder" would still be held liable to the same standards as any other person with a prescribed drug impairing judgement. What she says there is anecdotal. 788 states "you cannot discriminate against anyone who tests positive in a drug test for marijuana". Any documentation stating they cannot perform their job duties when using the substance is not allowed to work, just like any other substance prescribed by a doctor that impairs judgment. Also three write ups for any person using any narcotics or impairing substance of any kind (alcohol opioids or marijuana/cannabis) on the job will be subject to grounds of termination.
