I have been doing 24 hour and 16/8 fasts regularly for 3 weeks. lost 10 pounds and sugar dropped below 100 without diabetic meds. problem is that now according to my CGM my glucose is dropping between 58 and 73. does this mean that I shouldn't fast?
If you eat red meat make sure it’s got a lot of fat in it like your hamburger should be 70/30 This will stop you from getting constipated the more fat the better
