  1. This has to be one of the most disingenuous reports I’ve ever seen. Weeds farms in the forests and domestic cartel wars have been going on waaay before legalization. Then alluding to the new “Wild West” status of Cali just like the violent inducing video games stoners love so much? On and on it goes. Is this supposed to be some sort of satire and I just missed it??

  2. Nothing annoys people out of a sector of business more than overregulation of said sector or business. Pass laws that regulate every aspect of marijuana growth, sale, and distribution. The cartels will leave on their own because they know they will get caught.

  3. This communist bs..suddenly it's the 50s and 60s of the war against weed..
It causes you to rape and kill.
It's forces you to use opiates and drugs…causes violence and lawlessness lies lies lies !

Smoke a joint of weed and one is so mellow ..no stress ..work in a real world without interference from PTSD..

.WE DO NOT NEED FURTHER PERSECUTION FOR SCIENCE ..SCIENCE DEBUNKED THESE LIES WEED WAS VERY RECENTLY TAKEN OFF SCHEDULES LIST BY D.O.J. CONGRESS ..ALREADY. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ENEMY. BE HEALTHY ITS BEEN LEGAL FOR A QUARTER OF A CENTURY.LET AMERICANS HAVE FREEDOM DO NOT STIGMATIZE MEDICINE. IT IS BIBLICAL TOO.

  4. Are you being sarcastic or are you just stupid?
Average price of weed in California pre legalization was $8 average after is 14…
If the production of weed was held to the same standards as any other herb this problem would not exist…

  5. You didn't mention any positive aspect of legal weed; doesn't that make you a dishonest piece of fecal matter? The taxes generated alone is a tremendous benefit.

  6. Is everyone allowed to grow? That killed the market here in south africa. Out on the town noone ever offers weed for sale now days.

They should let people make anything they want, it will kill the black market, less chance of young folks finding it when theyre out and about. Less chance of people making poisonous garbage if they make for their own use without chance of profit.

Its the marketing by pushers, constant "take my number " bs,

  7. If you don't smoke or have no idea about something, you don't open your mouth … goddamn selfrighteous bloodmagic resurrectionist cultists. You are worse than we are.

  8. Weed, and all other drugs personally used is Constitutionally protected. "ONLY THAT WHICH CAUSES HARM OR LOSS TO ANOTHER IS A CRIME". US SUPREME COURT. If this right is causing crime, then that criminal activity should be punished, but it is presently UNCONSTITUTIONAL to criminalize personal drug use. In this case, the criminal activity can be traced to the government trying to regulate it, instead of staying out of it altogether, as they have no legal authority to do so.

  9. That was already happening before 2016. We had hikers disappear in Northern California. Just for wandering into grows. This has nothing to do with legalization of weed on a state level. It needs to be done on a national level. AND CLOSE THE F***ING BORDER! Your ppl need to do better research before trash disinformation like this is put out.

  10. Pot costs less to grow than corn should be priced that way if there is no money in illegal pot theres no illegal pot over regulation and over pricing caused the black market

  11. It's not legal because the federal government hasn't allowed it to be, cops can still pull over armored trucks transporting weed related money and use civil asset forfeiture to take the money, regardless of origin. Legalizing weed isn't the issue, it's the bureaucracy of California and the Federal government being too invasive in state affairs.

  12. Like others are saying this seems more like an issue of California government being belligerently incompetent rather than legalization itself, but at least other states coming to their senses on weed now have a shining example of what not to do.

  13. It's probably less legal weed causing more crime and more california's particular over regulated brand of legalization that still makes a black market better
