I have had epilepsy (grand mal seizures) since age 15. I'm on chronic medication which has terrible side effects like these glasses (my lenses just "froze", now I have to wear multifocals 24/7 and I had amazing eyesight) and digestive problems (chronic constipation) and depression (which I can control with L-Tryptophan supplements). I haven't had a grand mal seizure for about 9 years now, but have had petit mal seizures. I can't get a driver's license or a job, my epilepsy is stress related, almost like a nervous or overactive brain. Not stress like stress about stuff, I don't have that, I'm a very relaxed person. But I wonder if this can be available here in South Africa and I wonder if our medical aid would cover it.

I have seizures, but I don’t know if I’d want this. The doctor can view my brain activity remotely, literally at any time? What if I’m jerking off? Would they be able to tell? Seems like an invasion of privacy…like mind reading. Creepy.
