  1. Hahaha I live in Brooklyn heights and wish I could live in manhattan 😢 too quiet for me. Glad you enjoyed the neighborhood!

Haven’t watched your whole vlog yet but Williamsburg is awesome to visit in Brooklyn and usually gets the most tourists. Very hipster area.

  2. I have a latex reactive food allergy. I have a list as long as my arm of foods I cannot have. I cannot have gluten. It is not just wheat gluten. I can't have any gluten. So if it is a cute little snack or loaf of bread that claims to be gluten free (It is not, it is wheat free which is not the same thing) I can't have it. I cannot have any chocolate. I cannot have apple, banana, tomato, avocado, grape, pear, carrot, dates, etc… There are too many to list. Basically if it tastes good I cannot eat it. And that is not all! I cannot be near latex so getting a futon is out of the question. I cannot go to a mattress store. I have to avoid Target from October until March because I won't be able to breathe in there. The longer I have this allergy the worse the reactions are and medical professionals refuse to give me an epipen despite the fact that I have been properly diagnosed. There is eating at home. I have make everything at home unless I want a reaction. There is not one single cookbook that caters to this so I create my own recipes and cook by smell. And travel is out of the question unless I am going to prepare all of my meals in advance to take with me.

  3. Michel, girl… I hope you find someone who’s priority is you, you deserve it for sure. Your bf’s priority is clearly music & his band. If you take your time and have patience, you’ll find someone who will travel the world and with you and enjoy it together, have the same dreams not only you being added to his world. No hate to him just love for you!

  4. I've lived in nyc for 5 years and love seeing it through new eyes in this vlog! I lived in the Financial District for 3 years and what you were observing about the light is so true. Depending on where in the FiDi you are, the buildings there are so tall and close together sometimes you can look out in the middle of the afternoon and it looks dark. I've lived in Brooklyn the last 2 years though which is much better (plus a tree-lined street!)

  5. Great vlog! I 🍎 NYC and agree that people are friendly. Have you been to D.C. as an adult? It’s like NYC, but cleaner, wider sidewalks…a more thoughtfully planned major city. Thanks for sharing about Sonder.

  6. I have been wondering about this company for awhile now and just haven’t heard much so I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money. I have gut issues so these would be a life saver and they have travel options! I currently use Hilma cause they work good and are affordable for me but now I know I want to invest in seed! Thank you!

  7. Fellow celiac girly! How do you go about sushi? Everywhere I go they tell me it’s not ok and I want to try 🙁 I feel like it’s just the soy sauce but I just never wanna risk it but do you have any that are go tos for you? Also I love Jordys music! I went to one of his shows last September! Y’all are so cute!

  8. Hope this helps…I am literally on the road 300+ days a year…I have a silver roll clothes rack that you can take apart and put my clothes in white garment bags from Walmart…my shoes are in plastic shoe boxes from the container store…my food is in thermal bags from Walmart and my food stays frozen all day…hope this helps!!😁

  9. thank you for sharing more about your chronic illness and autoimmune issues. I too suffer, for me its PsA and possibly another that I am being tested for and seeing drs weekly for check ins! I really relate to your experience and appreciate when you share stuff like this because its so helpful! I don't have any other friends who have an autoimmune disease or chronic illness and it often feels quite isolating, so thank you!
you are very strong and its empowering to see!

  10. Amen Michel 🙄🙏 I have a chronic auto immune disease as well and EACH of us knows our own body best 💯 Especially if flares= great suffering, you know the signs and can proactively take steps immediately to avoid an impending doom if ignored 🙄🙏 And having a full ♥️ of Happiness and fulfillment of YOUR dreams does the body So good👏🙌👏💯Loving you Loving YOURSELF Michel 💋 And a big warm hug to Jordy too!

  11. You are a sweet girl and having so much fun on your adventures. However, as far as staying healthy, you will never get well eating all those gluten free sugar flour donuts bagels ext. Also all the processed cereals ext. Just eating whole real food will change your markers. That means no processed food and Suger. Good quality protein, good fats , no seed oils .. you will feel great… stress or not. Try it, I think you'll really enjoy the results.

  12. I went to college in NYC, always fun to see it again. Would never want to live there again though. I'm at the beginning of the video right now, hope you go to the South Street Seaport area since you love the water.

  13. I love that you're enjoying traveling so much. That's so good to see you relaxed and enjoying yourself and of course I love seeing you with Jordy. You two are the cutest together! 😍
