  1. Vote NO. It adds 96 million in funding for police to pull over and falsely accuse drivers of being under the influence even though they blow zero on the breath test. Countless horror stories on youtube about police across the nation doing this to drivers in legalized states who are completely sober of any drugs or alcohol. Sure, you can pay for a blood test to get the charges dropped, but not before you pay thousands in attorney fees and have an arrest record attached to you for life. I am not against cannabis, I am against what the government is going to do to everyone if it passes.

  2. All these cry baby politicians need to zip their lips!! Legalize weed and ban alcohol and liquor and watch the vehicle accidents and deaths drop tremendously!!

  3. People are going to buy it legally or illegally, why not bring wealth to Arkansas, the taxes alone will do so much for the state and the communities. Or are we going to stay 10 years behind everybody else. Medical marijuana currently has a $26 billion industry, that’s expected the double by 2026, And I’m a conservative and I’m all for it , and I’m not even a smoker. Instead of filling jail cells with stupid weed charges, leave the cells for real criminals.

  4. Who cares how the governor votes? – He's clearly on the wrong side of history. – Every person who chooses near harmless marijuana over addictive, very harmful alcohol, improves their health significantly – as well as the lives of their family and community.

  5. Say what? Since when do you need a license for recreational?

If the vote counts and if it passes, "Everyone that currently has a license now under the medical side, would have an additional recreational license issued by March of next year," Hardin explained.

  6. It’s not a huge Deal more like hundreds of Arkansans if not thousands are sitting in prison right now for a plant that’s a very big problem the prison system is all about money when the prison system has its own stock it’s not about justice it’s about slave labor
