  1. Very lovely, but I have mottophobia, so the video in the background was a bit distracting personally, lol. I am not at all offended by that. You can’t cater to everyone, I’m just saying where I’m coming from❤️🌺

  2. I’m 14 so I don’t think I can legally get it in New York because of my age my anxiety is to the point where if I crack my neck accidentally I think I broke it or if I get a little cut I think I’m gonna loose a lot of blood or possibly die. What do you think is the best strain for me I’ve tried cbd of all brands and different kinds and it doesn’t work for me

  3. One thing that I've realized is that if you are in your head a lot, like me, and also struggle with anxiety, micro dosing "indica strain" or indica edibles worked well. CBD has helped me but indica works the best. Indica does not put me on the couch as many who have tried it suggested. Since my mind is always going it helps me to keep the anxiety part in check and yet surprisingly I'm sharp ,focus and still be very active… I've micro dosed sativa edibles, hybrids, and thc + cbd edibles and it didn't help, my mind would just go and I would do several things at once and complete none. Perhaps what worked for me might not work for you.

  4. Its about finding the right strain and dosing appropriately. If you do too much and are not use to it, it can cause a bad trip. Start small and experiment with different strains.

  5. I laughed at anxiety before it consumed my life. Led to chronic gastritis and GERD. Now I’m looking for something to control this crap. Once it flares up, I start gasping and continuously overthinking, feeling like you’re gonna die in a sense. Hypochondria! What can I use for this? I do like a little high so what strain would you two recommend?

  6. Hi, this is such a sweet video. I love the girls personality and her sweatshirt. So, purchasing a bud with a low THC to mitigate the anxiety, do we still get the psycho active “high” experience? I am primarily wanting to purchase medical marijuana for my anxiety, but personally, I wouldn’t mind having the psychoactive affect, at least when I’m not working and just chilling out.

  7. Illegal drug, is never a help! HDZILM– This is help, incremented length, much– Greek. No medical system, has any fx of, this. mari– I'm bitterness– kaldean. You insurgent– bitterness. Under the, 1st amend.

  8. I have PTSD and anxiety, I used to live in Oregon where it's fully legal and I would use Indica gummies to relax in the evening and it basically saved my life, I moved here to Utah where it's illegal and I have almost taken my life twice and have been in the hospital, they need to legalize it everywhere

  9. TBH, i came here for the cannabis/anxiety info, stayed for Ciara. It's hectic that the first strain you brought up was Lemon Haze.
I only get anxiety from time to time when the CFS/FM gets REALLY bad, but when i do, i find Lemon haze is lovely… but I tend to be very discerning with it and use it in very small doses and only when i really need it for pain & lethargy. I find general healthy living (healthy food, regular sleep, exercise, healthy gut, hydration) does wonders at managing the cfs and anxiety etc. The thing that I've found holds true with THC, is that less is more. Awesome vid ladies (and I do know it was 2 years ago though lol) 🙈🤷‍♂️ Lots of amazing information on how to do medical Cannabis the right way, thank you! 😊 You have a new subscriber 🤙
Will be nice when there's more CBD oils/tinctures available here in Australia. Its a bit of a tricky medication to navigate and get prescribed here, still. Even though its been legalised for medical use. Still so hard to get. and REALLY expensive 🤦‍♂️😵
In the meantime, may you lovely folk at Greenhouse Wellness, and indeed anyone reading this, do your best to remain healthy, joyous and vigilant during these challenging times. Namaste 🙏
