Wow, this reading is spot on for me this morning. I got some information last night that I was left out of a family gathering and it triggered old wounds. Had bad dreams last night and woke up depressed. I don’t usually get depressed and will of course do a self-cleansing/shadow work to clear this. And indeed the things that we are creating in this eclipse season feel more powerful than most due to the acceleration of spiritual awareness on the planet and how much each of us are needed to make the shift the shift into just holding more love and possibility than fear and pain in ourselves .I so appreciate all the astrologers on YouTube and I really appreciate you Gregory just how you are casual and matter-of-fact, it’s a calming style- I love that about you and interestingly use CBD as part of my healing it is the non-psychoactive part of the cannabis plant as are many other cannabinoids in the plant. CBD can seriously help similar to Cognitive behaviour therapy CBT and we talk about our different issues and do healing we can also take supplements and things that will help calm things that can help heal trauma I thought that was funny because when you said that I was like Yep I have been taking CBD.
