  1. There wasn't really much talk of what cannabis does for recovery in this video…..

Would like to see this video redone with possible research into strength gains over time, difference between smokers and non smokers for strength and endurance gains, injury rate (probs no data) and the effect on hormones.

  2. After many failed attempts with other brands, I finally found this brand. Weedborn products are the best and I don't think I will ever need to look for another CBD supplier. I would recommend for practically any health problem.

  3. TLDR: not enough data available
smoked weed: increases heart rate, metabolic rate, decreases work capacity, and maybe reduces chances of death due to head trauma
CBD: might help sleep, might not help sleep, reduces anxiety, helps inflammation and pain

  4. Haven't met many other people affiliated with the lifestyle, but I mostly smoke weed and lift. Figure I may as well enjoy being a bachelor while I'm still in my 20s.

  5. Cannabis protein brownies plz next cooking video(jk) Definitely good info . Also, apparently kratom in small 1-3 gram dosages act as a stimulant and I've been hearing good things from some well known body builders that kratom actually works for focus and energy as well , although in bigger doses one would lose the mind muscle connection because kratom can become very strong and addictive in higher regular doses. they use it instead of caffiene now.

I still need to try the CBD for working out, I've only used it to relax. I use cannabis regularly pre and post workout and after meals usually. Helps digestion for me and if you are trying to bulk definitely helps one eat more lolol.
