  1. Sativex, the product he mentioned 'legal in the whole world…' not true. It is legal in the UK and a few other EU countries. It is legal for multiple sclerose but not for pain.

  2. Marinol is a copie of the natural THC-molecule (100 procent synthetic THC) in sesame oil. If you read the instructions about marinol, you know that it can kill you. Natural THC can't because it is not 'purified' or 'synthetic pure' and it has the possibility of an interaction with other cannabinoids. Marinol or whatever monomolecule misses the 'entourage effect' and is by definition dangerous, worthless or not working at all. But it suits the stockholders very well. Your health? Well, if you're investment makes you a profit, who cares about health?

  3. I have been brain washed "drugs are bad" …I was born with a congenital defect ..missing my t4 vertebra ..causing scoliosis arthritis stenosis fibromyalgia restless legs nerve damage and had breast C bc of the stagnancy and lack of blood flow in the area ..the list is long. I have refused 35 years of pain killers anti inflammatory meds anti depressants etc
..today my doctor prescribed medical marijuana …I am stuck on the stigma of drugs are bad ..and am fearful I will have sine horrible side effect ..also thinking vaping it will cause lung C …I will take any advice from anyone who has tried Med Marijuana for chronic pain ..I am pushing 50 and don't want the ladder part of my life to be full of pain like the past 35 years ….I want to be pain free but am scared of did effects

  4. The DEA spends 10 billion (tax) dollars (their figures) a year on cannabis prohibition how is that for a motive for being against it's repeal?

In truth many have suffered and died prematurely because of this prohibition

Our country has been GREATLY damaged (both economically and ecologically) by this

What kind of person would allow this to continue?

  5. s/o to the lady rolling her eyes at 3:13 some people will never get it. im embarrassed to day that most americans cant even tell me the difference between hemp and marijuana. do your homework before you judge or even roll your eyes. fuckin idiots

  6. Montel Williams has done his homework about the drug of marijuana. John Stossel, I cannot stand him because he is always critical of every damn thing. Montel, my mother has multiple sclorosis too. It is now on remission and she still have problems from time to time. The worse moment was when she almost died in 1996. She had lost her speech and she had very high fever. Having a high fever does not mix when you have MS. I will continue to pray that you get healed, Montel.

  7. according to a study the young turks (POS show btw) were talking about, roughly 30% of americans think that in the next few years and armed rebellion will be necessary. welcome to tyranny and the exercise of the 2nd, but i really hope this doesnt happen. peaceful change would be for the best

  8. 3:13 ahahahahahahaha, I can't tell if that fat gross slob of a woman was racist or just really, really against weed, but who rolls their eyes on national television. What a slob ahaha.

  9. I'm sorry to be obtuse but there have been many studies which have shown deleterious effects of weed especially when it's smoked. Of course you'll never find them if your not looking for them. It doesn't take a genius to think about why it wouldn't be a good idea for an intoxicated person to operate a car or heavy machinery. I'm all for legalizing weed provided that it falls under the same restrictions that alcohol use does. Frankly I don't use it and never will, but if you want to that's fine.

  10. no studies have been done on "deleterious effects on brain functions". Nor have there been any on short and long term memory loss. Nor have there been any done on motor skills.

The only things that have come out where advertisements against marijuana that showed people on some drug and pointing out how they act when they were high. There was no study, just a campaign ad.

  11. Blame John Marshall. He arrogated to the supreme court the right to rule laws constitutional or unconstitutional. That right belongs with the people, not with 9 schmucks in DC. Over the centuries, the supreme court has become a rubber stamp for whatever unconstitutional garbage the government should decide to shove down our throats. When the people think the SCOTUS is interpreting the constitution, they don't feel the need to do it themselves. But they certainly should.

  12. I agree that the DEA should be abolished. However, there is no arguing against the fact that marijuana has deleterious effects on the brain (decision making and cogent thought) and so, while perhaps it shouldn't be completely illegal to use, it should be used carefully. I wouldn't want someone taking an ambien and then driving on the same road i drive on, likewise I wouldn't want a guy who just nebulized some weed to operate a forklift where i work.

  13. that ending was powerful. First of all, the federal government has no constitutional authority to even have a DEA. Yes, I know they ignore the constitution, but most people don't even understand that the government is even in the wrong to begin with. They go along with it, simply because it is there. I bet, if they knew it was unconstitutional, we'd have a very different government. Most things the DEA does is for profit, not protection. It profits wallstreet, not protest main street.

  14. marijuana has never killed, doesnt fry your brain, in fact can possibly create new brain cells, does fry your short term memory tho i will give u that. long term is just fine tho. and marijuana has never ruined a family. marijuana LAW is what ruins families.

  15. I'm not a pot smoker–I could be since medical marijuana would be useful for my epilepsy, but I manage it well with my current medication. Nonetheless, that's only one reason for treatment. Pot DOES have medical merrit that shouldn't be tossed out the window. But even its medical reasons for it being legal is only the tip of the iceburg.

Again, I don't care to smoke it–I don't drink alcohol and I don't plan to smoke pot, but shouldn't people have a right to do each one?

  16. I think using any drug (including marijuana) to get high is stupid and I'm never going to use. However, it does make more sense to be legalized and regulated. Chances are, less people would use and (this is a definite), less people would be killed because of drug violence. I believe in legalizing to protect individual liberty and to save lives, not to appease any idiotic potheads or junkies.
