No to issue 4. Countless cases of innocent people being arrested for assumption that they are driving under the influence even though they blow zero. It will cost you thousands in attorney fees and the arrest record will follow you even though charges are dropped due to showing negative on your self paid drug test. This is a serious problem in stated who have legalized weed. It's a huge money making incentive for cops.
This is a bit misleading. The Proposal is to legalize marijuana but not for anyone to be able to grow their own. It's only for the Growers the dispensary suppliers that are paying the state tax on it to be able to supply it. And what I've read so far is one more ounces considered legal. You won't be able to grow any of your own and you'll just pay an additional tax to the state on top of what you already pay to do without a doctor's prescription. This is designed simply to protect the big businesses running Arkansas's marijuana industry vote against it. Vote against it. Let's have true legalization next time around. Vote against it
