  1. I am really outgoing but just started developing anxiety in the last five or so years. I also find myself isolating from social situations. It’s awful and it can be difficult to sort what’s real and what’s not. My anxiety generally starts in the middle of the nights and the mornings are dreadful! It ebbs and flows and I can’t seem to pinpoint any triggers. I really feel for you! xx

  2. So happy you can open up but for some people cpd oil makes it worse as it’s technically weed and weed can make you super paranoid so cpd can do the same and cause panic attacks. Like I said for some people not everyone but be careful

  3. Anxiety is horrible
    Mornings r worst for me too
    Since I’ve been on meds helped a lot and little coping mechanisms
    Bath , chamomile tea , walking etc
    Therapy has helped me too
    Life is hard , so many people struggling with mental health these days ❤
