  1. Brooks, you’re almost always on point but here you are wrong. There ABSOLUTELY SHOULD be an equivalent to targeting for illegal chop blocks. It doesn’t matter if it’s intentional. The targeting calls most of the time aren’t intentional ever. Players and or coaches should be punished for this.

  2. I thought the low block was dirty. Diving and directly taking your helmet to the knee/shin of the opposing player isn't a football play. That is an attempt to hurt someone.

  3. I think a big reason they’ve struggled these last 2 games, other than turnovers, is because they abandoned their offense scheme. Against ORE/SC they were dominating the outside with short passes, screens, jet sweeps, outside handoffs, etc. They lived off yards after catch and really spread out the defense and made them more vulnerable to a big play over the middle. Last 2 games they’ve been trying to force the ball up the middle, throwing deeper and throwing the ball over the middle more early in the game. For instance against Mizzou, every play for their first 3 drives was either a run straight up the middle or a pass over the middle. In the Oregon game, out of their first 10 plays only 1 of those was as such and against SC, 4 of the first 10 plays were as such. Second half of Mizzou game they started back with the attacking the perimeter and had a lot more success. Even then most of their plays that didn’t work were deeper passes and passes over the middle.

  4. Multiple great takes this week BA, how bout JDJ looking like Nakobe Dean going at teammates not executing? When the players hold each other accountable, it just hits different

  5. Bring back the OG intro! If you cut it down to 20 seconds or so the greenies might not whine as much and would still be fire. And screw it dude, say umm all you want! No ones judging you.
