I'm no expert,though I owned a dog for his entire life span until his heart gave trouble . Would it not be worth looking into maybe giving him a little drop each day,I'm just thinking as a preventative measure?
That oil has the "high" part removed,so though other comment was good idea, it might not work same!

I would be more than happy to send you some at my expense which would be nothing compared to the gift if you will allow me. I will take a video of the store, so you know I am not going to poison your lovely or even better, give their address and perhaps they could send you some ? I think the latter so we will all have peace of mind. I do overthink things.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. I always kept pups, they were and always have been family. This is breaking my heart. I suffered a brain injury 2008 and only this year have I been able to be given new family members. Two kittens (cats now) Marvel and Ninja. I feel your pain and empathise deeply. Cats for me because they are a stepping stone to pup again. They are independent but also need caring for and they are very loving creatures so I give the same in return. This is heartbreaking. Find someone that deals in weed, not skunk but weed. Strike that, better still buy some seeds online and grow your own, not for personal use but for the care of your beautiful little mutt. Add it to feed or boil it for water. It will help 🥰😘🤗
