I don’t know if you’ve tried TM before but it works so well with cbd in your system. I usually vape it for 5-10 minutes before I do it. 20 mins in the morning. 20 mins in the early evening before dinner. I’ve been very productive using this technique combined with cbd

I have ADHD and I have a quick routine combined with yoga and breathing. 15 minutes is all I can do. For me, being still and trying to concentrate on just breathing or some recording is hell.

i suggest all ocd patients to take one spoon of honey before going to bed.
also 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil daily
and eat 7 ajwa dates daily in morning before breakfast.

I suggest looking into "selfcompassionate meditation" to overcome the feeling of failure o thinking suring meditating
