  1. I don’t know if you’ve tried TM before but it works so well with cbd in your system. I usually vape it for 5-10 minutes before I do it. 20 mins in the morning. 20 mins in the early evening before dinner. I’ve been very productive using this technique combined with cbd

    Tengo TOC y algunos trastornos más de los cuales no me agrada hablar ni comentar.
    Mi pregunta es, ¿es posible que al meditar con THC (u otras propiedades de otro tipo de sustancias xd) consiga una meditación más profunda y espiritual, sin afectar negativamente a mi salud mental?

  4. Właśnie chcę zamówić olej cbd. Mam zaburzenia lękowe i myślę by też kupić dobrej jakości oleje eteryczne, słyszałam że bardzo pomagają na lęki. Mam objawy somatyczne podczas ataków(mam je praktycznie kilka razy w tyg), czasami boli mnie klatka piersiowa, zawsze kręci w głowie i wydaje się bardzo ociężała. Jaki olej cbd byś mi poleciła?   5. I have ADHD and I have a quick routine combined with yoga and breathing. 15 minutes is all I can do. For me, being still and trying to concentrate on just breathing or some recording is hell.
