VISTA —
A man armed with a knife was arrested Sunday in connection with a robbery at a marijuana dispensary in Vista, sheriff’s officials said.
The robbery occurred about 3:45 p.m. when a man took out a pocket-sized folding knife and demanded merchandise at a dispensary on East Vista Way near Arcadia Avenue, sheriff’s Lt. Ryan Wisniewski said.
The man made off with several items, Lt. David Collins said.
Deputies tracked down the suspected thief — it was unclear how or where — and used a police dog to take him into custody. He suffered a dog bite and was taken to a hospital for treatment, Collins said.
