Rodney Allen Tibbitts, 64 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police said that the drugs, as well as a glass smoking device and digital scales, were found during the execution of a search warrant at 3669 Martha Berry Blvd.
Tibbitts is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana. Â
