Higher level jobs require secondary education, and if you have been caught in possession of marijuana in certain areas you're legally not aloud to attend college/university, and because of mandatory drug testing that companies force. It's obvious why prison is related to it, and unemployment could be caused by the fact that the person has been mixed in with the wrong croud…
