  1. 2 cups of finely grinded roots + 4 or 5 cups of water + 2 cups organic coconut oil. Cook for 12 to 18 hours (up to 24 hours) replace the water as it evaporates. Cool and separate the infused coconut oil.
    Use : 1 teaspoon of the infused Coconut oil can be added to your tea everyday. Or used to make a salve or balm.
