Just because our greedy elected officials make something legal, doesn't make it good (for individuals or society). I'm pretty libertarian on these kinds of things. An adult should have the right to consume any substance that they want. But statistics are showing us that the impact on crime, addiction, etc., really needs to be considered. I am certainly not suggesting that burglary or theft is acceptable. But you open up a shop of this nature, you plan out how to fortify it.
