I don’t think it helps… I’ve been in perimenopause for a long time and been smoking for a long time… I know it definitely does not help for your mental… I quit smoking for a year, and that was the best year I had of my life and start it again when Covid hit, and I’m back to being a damn mess… I can’t wait I’m stopping again

  2. I had friends who were very stressed during menopause- its very difficult time for women. Some of my friends tried exercising and found it very useful and less stressed and reduced brain fog! Sending love from Ireland 🇮🇪

  3. Yup. I smoke it to fall back to sleep after waking with a hot flash. Instead of waiting the flash and all the accompanying symptoms out, it does the job so much faster.

    Edibles are great for daytime anxiety, which can set off hot flashes.
