There is no difference its all marijuana. I call "hemp" seeds marijuana seeds seeing that they come from marijuana plants. Calling it hemp does not create a new species. I could call a pine tree a fir tree but that doesn't make it one. There are 3 species of marijuana and several species of hops. There is not a 3rd group of plants in cannabis.
The only reason marijuana is illegal is because they can't control and tax you AND you would then stop buying alcohol of which they make billions in tax and end your life prematurely (intentionally). Not a single case has anyone ever died consuming cannabis yet look at the millions $ and harm/ violence that alcohol causes. I can't wait until we eliminate the politicians where life will be a better place. Oh forgot the big pharma also with cannabis putting them out of business. Shame on them!

Probably best to have a license and papers to prove that it is a business so you wont have any problems. Its very hard to know the difference between the two unless they go to a lab. A license would help the mess. On the other hand dishonest growers could be hiding stronger stuff in the middle of it all so its a tough one.
