  2. I love everything about this video!!! THANK YOU! FUN is fabulous…we need JOY in our lives. Movement, nutritious foods, water etc promote wellness and well being but we must not forget that a positive attitude is key to our well being!

  4. Love your cat perched up behind you. thanks for the exercise suggestion. I was going to suggest for a smoothie, Mori-Nu Silken tofu – no refrigeration needed – you can get through Amazon. It's a good base for anything you want to throw in for a smoothie and is a protein boost. Anyway, thanks for reminding me I need to get back to exercising. I'm 75 and it's winter and I need to stretch my old bones. so, thx! And, I'll give your drink a try. I love new suggestions for a good healthy drink for a boost.

  6. I have a physical issue holding in my water for long. I have to actually watch when I drink it so I can take my 45 minute walk with my dogs. I would like a doc that recommends all that water that has issues with their bladders!!

  7. "Fun" sounds good to me I think I'll adopt that one too also I drink my water without icing it the winter time it's just too much with ice but I do drink a lot and that helps me.

  9. Hi Kimberly, my word is Consistency.Was diagnosed with two health conditions in 2022.It was a real wake up
    call.Being a somewhat "procrastinator" i am determined and will work very hard to stay the course.
    Drinking enough water is difficult for me in the winter months especially. My goal is to drink 8 cups of water a day,
    but i am happy if i can drink 6 cups daily.Having 3 cups of plain tea every day is an extra bonus.
    I have subbed to your channel,and am excited to follow you on this health journey!
