  1. I swear it’s like you’re talking and then you skip for a minute. You don’t know what you were saying, it’s feels like time has been lost. It’s horrible

  2. Please consider this, for the control group (those not receiving Cognitive Therapy) may not be a true control group, ie if Group A has regular appointments, which is also an increase of structure in their life, an increase of travel, experiences, and human interaction-the CBT becomes not the only influencing factor.
I have been in this situation (FND) and it usually took 1-2 days of preparation (increased rest, route planning, increased variety of scenery, choosing clean matching clothes, small top-ups available in nutrition and hydration for stable performance in public scheduling- much like planning and preparing to go for an interview at a new workplace- all these items are increased cognitive inputs and outputs, which most likely create a higher level of function and fatigue). While if Group B attended no additional therapies, their life experiences over that set period of time may have led to different self-administered disciplines and activities.
I feel a truer control group would have been to have both groups attend therapy, but with group B having attended and been administered a placebo therapy.
But I also feel that you are very much on a better track than the previous researchers, so many older studies on FND which have sat unchallenged as the basis of medical training and university lectures are rarely examined for their potential to produce unbiased and accurate results are now of questionable value.
Again, in my opinion, the quality of research medical documents published with 2020 and 2021 dates seems more intense. Given that the lockdowns due to COVID-19 led to some unusual circumstances where a lack of some tasks in daily lives (high patient loads), led to increased availability of time and focus on others (quality research).

  3. I use CBD and THC tincture for my sezisers it doesn't completely control them but it doesn't have any side effects of I don't take it by mistake but the CBD tincture oil does calm the seziser in a matter of seconds hope anyone struggling with taking there meds cuz of negative side effects sees this and gives CBD a try and make sure it's legit
