  5. You've done amazingly well! I'm on WW and have lost about 24lbs so far I've got a way to go but I already feel better. I'm a real pasta lover and a few weeks ago I tried protein pasta it really keeps me fuller for longer and of course I get in more protein. Now I can't take my eyes off your wig looks gorgeous can't remember which one it is? ๐Ÿ’–

  6. Hi Marlene, Congratulations on your amazing weight loss! That truly is a tremendous accomplishment. I also am on WW and have reached a slump. I need a kick start and am trying to figure it out. All of your tips are so helpful – you certainly have been able to figure out what works for you!

  7. Hi Marlene. You look great and a lot smaller than 140 lbs, what makes me think that you have good muscles. Your videos are very inspirational and they help me a lot because I work with women trying to have less menopause symptoms with lifestyles changes. Those portion plates are a good idea. How about belly fat has it gone down as much as you wanted to? If you like to see some workouts with weights, online I like fitness with PJ (I don't know why, but the youtube algorithm doesn't like her, it never recommends her videos). when I do her workouts first I do my own warm up for about 8 minutes (just dancing). Congratulations, you are doing amazing, it takes a lot of discipline to achieve what you have done.

I know you are going to list the dishes later so I am definitely going to get those. Iโ€™m also having trouble finding the foods you were talking about like the bread crumbs and the frozen meals.   10. Thank you for showing us your tips and things that have worked for you. I am kicking myself because I just saw weight watchers had a special that ended on the 17th I think it is where you paid $10 a month though you had to pay for 10 months up front. But maybe there will be another special for Valentine's Day or mother's Day?! I am going to look into those containers. I think my problem is I overeat not so much bad stuff just everything ๐Ÿคช. I did write down the recipes you showed a while back of what you eat and they are very very good thank you for showing them. Congratulations on your weight loss and you look great!
    EDIT: I have the blend jet and bought one for my daughter and I love it! So if anyone is sitting on the fence about buying it don't… You won't regret it!
