I too fell into their subscription trap and was charged almost $260 Cdn. BBB has filed a dispute on my behalf. I had several conversations with them to no avail other than a paltry refund. I am always so cautious about these types of offers but they fooled me good. I too spoke with 'robot lady'; like speaking to a brick wall. Please report your experience to BBB and post everywhere you can. I'm hopeful Marketplace (CBC) or some other investigative journalism entity does an episode on these evil people. I'd join any class action suit a law firm would take on.

I'm sad to say I fell for this scam. I ordered the free trial bottle and the next thing I know, my mastercard is calling saying there was a $250.00 charge to my account. They stopped the payment and I had to get a new card. It was a close call. The scammers did slip in a $25.00 charge that I will have to pay. I'm glad it wasn't worse. Bryan Baeulmer says It's a hoax.
This Canadian Extracts Hemp oil marketing of free 16 day free trial is a scam. I was charged full US$ 99 2 days after receiving it. It took over 14 days to ship. I had not used but opened so could not return.I have no idea if the product is effective.
BIG Scam. When I called to ask why they are charging my credit card, I spoke with someone that sounded like a robot. And kept repeating their self. Even after me telling them that the product was bogus they tried to dell me more. Ridiculous, I am pissed at myself for falling for this nonsense.
If you want to sound professional and be taken seriously, write professionally. The first paragraph's first sentence is poorly written and how many times can one use "on the off-chance" – "On the off-chance that you hustle…" – was this written by a 9 year old playing doctor???
They keep taking the money even though the add said it's a free sample. They never tell you that they will charge you $100 US. Do not fall for it. They are using Famous Celebrity names to attract buyers. I bet you 1/2 of them are suing anyway.
There is absolutely no CBD in this product. It is totally misleading advertising and a scam. You can buy an 8 oz bottle of hemp oil on amazon for less than 40 bucks cdn, not the 30ml for 99us they charge for this.

Talk to your credit card company they will give you the number to call and cancel. Shitty sales tactics
