You cannot buy medical marijuana out of state in Ohio or Illinois with an out of state medical card and Ohio and Illinois will not issue non residents a medical card. This order is useless. If the gov adds a grow your own clause to the order then it will have some validity, otherwise it is useless unless you want to drive for 10 hours round trip just to get one ounce at 250-400 dollars an ounce and even then you can still be arrested since you do not have a medical card to purchase cannabis anywhere since there are no dispensary's in Kentucky! Maybe they will make some changes.
This is bullshit. We can't buy in Ohio, Illinois is the closest vendor? Then drive back through zero tolerance Indiana with your legal ex to get pulled over and multiple felonies. Police still confiscating your weed that doesn't have a receipt. Another way for you to be on another list and mmm gives cops automatic RAS of a crime to detain you. Way too many people are dying, Legalize and Regulate drugs already.
And why do they have a different say so here than they do in other medications I mean why is insulin not under the same purview or more importantly other drugs that sometimes get abused that are prescription medications in Kentucky.

Well I am 1 that has epilepsy also I have bipolar and PTSD… Marijuana has bn my medicine going on 25 yrs and I will continue using it
