  1. I recently moved to Tucson from the midwest so this style of cooking is quite new to me. I used this recipe and brought them into where I work, and I received a lot of praise from my Mexican co-workers about not screwing up Birria and actually making some of the best tacos that they have ever had. I am a believer!! Andres is my new god.

  2. I love how you say “Barbacoa”. 🥰 I’m def gonna try your recipe cause quesabirria is expensive for a family of 6 out at a restaurant in Chicago. When I first started going to this one restaurant in 2021, it was $12.99 for a dinner. They would give you a cup of pozole and chips, salsa to start. Now it’s 18.99 and they nixed the pozole.

  3. I thought street tacos, Al Pastor, was the cat's meow of Mexican food until I tried Birria Tacos. We have a magnificent little taqueria in my hometown that operates out of an old 20×20 brick building. I fulfill my weekly addiction to Birria there. They'll make you fat as mud, but what the hell.
