For GodSake I watched the whole video thinking heβs going to tell us how to eat the hemp seeds. The. I realised he is a fisher man. I am not blonde btw a π‘
It's rather not the best idea to heat hemp seeds as they contain omega3 fatty acids which are highly heat sensitive, meaning they then oxidate and transform into less good for us. As I see it hemp seeds simply have kind of 2 shells like walnuts do. And we don't eat the very outer hard shell, then there is a thin layer (the dark green one in hemps), so as for me they are not really edible with the outer shells but rather hulled, also even if the outer shell would have been grinded to powder, still it should be taken as kind of a sumplement – so in lesser amounts. Love

Great video – if you soak your hemp in water for 24hours do you have to boil it?
nice vid mate, the excess water is useful for mixing groundbaitπ
