I had anxiety before as a young adult, it felt like my skin was crawling. Now more than ten years later, I suddenly had bad allergies and I was told to take “Claritin”. It made me lose my entire appetite and feel very strange. it caused my whole body to stiffen and for me to hyperventilate and I couldn’t feel my arms, legs and my chest even froze. Afterwards I was so exhausted all I wanted to do was sleep. No one believed me that it was from the Claritin. Sometimes I wonder if those were some strange seizures.
I never touch antihistamines ever after this experience.

I have suffered from anxiety a lot over the years. I used to get panic attacks that I would wake up with on a daily basis at the same time for months on end. At night it has happened many times where I I feel like my throat would close up and my legs would shake until I calmed down. I wonder if it could ever have been a seizure? How would I know?

Wiat so if u have bad anxiety u can get a seaizure from it
2-3 days a week I have extreme anxiety all day and night it’s horrible.
