  1. I went to the same colleges and gyms and live an hour from Justin and see him are the gym sometimes and still have never had the guts to say hello cuz I’ve idolized him for…ever. I’m 35 so yea I’ve followed ya since the beginning. THE beginning. 00s.

  2. Hey Justin, caffeine works by adenosine binding yes but you know it works by adrenoreceptor agonism as well. Just weird wording on the cast.

  3. Justin is awesome. Thank you for this Dave. I’ve been weightlifting my whole life. I’m 58. Not big enough to be a meathead! But I’ve always loved lifting weights. My 18-year-old son is having spine surgery to correct his scoliosis next week. What regiment of supplements, BC, AAs, etc. would you recommend. Thank you Steve Ramsey.

  4. Fix the audio Dave is much louder than the guest…. so when you turn it up to hear the guest Dave is to loud and when the volume is set to hear Dave at a normal level you can barely hear the guest

  5. I'm glad this guy brought up the female issue. Whenever people talk about obesity, they really don't talk about the terrible situation many women are in when it comes to a calorie deficit. I lose weight on 2600 to 2800 calories a day, maybe 2400 to 2500 when I'm getting smaller. But I've listened to some of these small females and they have to get to 1500 calories or so to lose weight. That's one Ben and Jerry ice cream or a couple of Big Macs. Even eating healthy you would have to eat super tight to eat 1500 or less. Given the food environment, that is a extremely low calorie amount to reach to lose weight.
