I went to the same colleges and gyms and live an hour from Justin and see him are the gym sometimes and still have never had the guts to say hello cuz I’ve idolized him for…ever. I’m 35 so yea I’ve followed ya since the beginning. THE beginning. 00s.
Justin is awesome. Thank you for this Dave. I’ve been weightlifting my whole life. I’m 58. Not big enough to be a meathead! But I’ve always loved lifting weights. My 18-year-old son is having spine surgery to correct his scoliosis next week. What regiment of supplements, BC, AAs, etc. would you recommend. Thank you Steve Ramsey.
Such an important message about blood pressure. PED’s or not, high blood pressure is one of the biggest problems that people have, and it often goes undiagnosed for years until they already have renal problems.
Fix the audio Dave is much louder than the guest…. so when you turn it up to hear the guest Dave is to loud and when the volume is set to hear Dave at a normal level you can barely hear the guest
I'm glad this guy brought up the female issue. Whenever people talk about obesity, they really don't talk about the terrible situation many women are in when it comes to a calorie deficit. I lose weight on 2600 to 2800 calories a day, maybe 2400 to 2500 when I'm getting smaller. But I've listened to some of these small females and they have to get to 1500 calories or so to lose weight. That's one Ben and Jerry ice cream or a couple of Big Macs. Even eating healthy you would have to eat super tight to eat 1500 or less. Given the food environment, that is a extremely low calorie amount to reach to lose weight.
Dave, thanks so much for this! Could listen to you and Justin talk shop all day!
Great video💪🏻
seth rogan got jacked
Great interview/conversation. Super skeptical about commercial supplements, but I’m going to give the Field Rations a try.
Justin Harris and Dr. Mike Isratel would be an interesting discussion. Their humor and knowledge would be great to watch.
This was really enjoyable episode. Listened on apple podcasts but had to hop on YouTube to leave a comment!
We are pumped to have Justin and Team 1D on the Table Talk podcast! Thanks again for a great time Dave.💪
Great choice in cigars, boys. One of my favorites since it came out

Hey Justin, caffeine works by adenosine binding yes but you know it works by adrenoreceptor agonism as well. Just weird wording on the cast.
Justin is the man btw my hero lol

Great to have Justin back on the scene. Such a smart, articulate guy.
For the algorithm
Another great table talk. Justin Harris is a great guest and seems to be a great person
Justin is a real one. Any video or podcast with him is a must watch. Shout out to Dave and EliteFTS for always putting out so much good content.
Justin should be on once a month
The GOAT. No one does a table talk like Justin.
