  1. Please help 🙏🏼. I started carnivore 5 days ago, and according to the ketone testing strips, I'm deep in ketosis. However, my blood glucose was at 195 yesterday, and today, it's at 295?? Very confused 😕. ?? How can this be??

  2. Need help on a point: one carnivore meal satiates for the entire day, but then I am only getting around 14-1500 kcals for the day. With such a low caloric intake, I think my body thinks there’s famine in the land. Lost 14# and then stopped losing. What to do to break this plateau? Eat a 2nd meal so kcals are increased or just stay with OMAD and hope the scale moves eventually? Many YTube docs do not recommend OMAD for my stats: 67yo female, 5’5”, 172#.

  3. Human nutrition is so confusing. There is absolutely no agreement on foods that are good and those that are not. For every research paper or expert that says Keto is good, there is another to say it is bad. And so on, for countless dietary approaches. But surely the diets of the longest living people in the world, such as the Okinawans, can't be ignored. And their diet is certainly not Ketogenic.

  4. Hey Dr. Berry. I have had kidney stones before and feel like I am getting ready to start passing another one soon. I have read online that one of the foods that can cause kidney stones is a lot of meat and dairy. What should I do?
