Little confused, so home many times a week can I bench and train squat variations for example? Just once? Or is two times a week okay? Reply
I know I wish I was better. After my back surgery it's been so hard with deadlifts anything over 400 I can't put down. The pain in my lower right is so bad…I can pick it up but can't put it down. Reply
