For about $200, Dr. Michael Zahra will qualify Missourians for a medical marijuana license without meeting them.

  1. Ohio MMJ doctors can now just issue cards at their discretion of feeling "like it can benefit the patient." If he were an Ohio doctor, it would be to his advantage. This is a good defense against an audit should it ever happen. I think those now applying for cards in addition to their qualifying conditions should make the point of why and how it would benefit them.

  2. If people need or want to use cannabis for medical help or even just to feel better mentality, who are we to judge.
    People have been using telemedicine for years now. If a doctor can write a script for antibiotics or viagra via Skype they can make a medical marijuana recommendation.
