  3. I don’t suggest ppl smoke before exercise but my lifting & creativity def increased but i suffered a little more on the cardio side. Overall i def think it helps but should be used to recover if anything to ease pain & soreness

  4. As someone who uses cannabis during fitness on a regular basis, a reasonable edible dose has been extremely effective for me, but I think that smoking it has been less effective. I really love taking an edible dose before a 10 mile on longer run, but the key is to get moving before the dose kicks in.

  5. I smoke occasionally after working out to relax my muscles, I also personally know a former European champ strongman who smokes for the same reason. But it doesn't work for everybody…we are all different.

  6. Marijuana had NOTHING being made illegal had NOTHING to do with suppression of anyone. It was made illegal by William Randolph Hearst and his lobbyists as he was a large investor in the paper company and hemp would have put the paper company out of business. No suppression or any sort of racism or anything like that BS

  7. Weed doesn't really give me the munchies. I like it when exercising. Really helps focus on connecting to the muscles and being aware of the mechanics of the body. If I'm doing cardio like a hike or bike ride it pushes me to go way longer while fasted. I never smoke it when I have to work or do anything social. More for sleep, relaxing and exercising.

  8. True story: I didn’t smoke for 7 months, ran the mile, did like 7:20 time, smoked and then the next day did a 6:30 mile and I smoked one or two puffs off a J literally RIGHT before running it.

    Edit: also, the psychological effect is what caused the time to get better, because my psyche told me to change my breathing pattern in order to do better and maintain my pace.

  9. I have healthier cravings when I smoke. I eat better and I eat less but snack through the day and I’ve kissed weight and got in shape. I also think it’s helps in my workouts. And if you smoke 3 blunts a day you have a problem lmao

  10. I a,ways be goin to the gym high😂. Jus got back from being zooted at the gym and I gotta say, it’s definitely an experience. If your already warmed up and ready to get that workout in but also wanna get high then I’d recommend doing it. It doesn’t affect u too much tbh. I’m still able to hit my maxes and shit when I’m high. But I’d ur Alr tired and don’t wanna do anything then don’t smoke before gym. That’s my honest response tbh. It can be awesome most times but sometimes depending on how u feel it’s jus not the best

  11. I know the only time I went to the gym was after a few joints and I ended up running 1.5 miles without stopping which I've never done in the previous 34 years of my life.

  13. When I was in college I did a sport course and my lectures and mates knew I smoked lots of weed and I beat non weed smokers in the bleep test my lecturer even said I defied all logic he was mindblown

  15. I’ve smoked weed all my life 7 joints a day I go the gym 4 time a week and do heavy lifting I still got lot. Of gains it Don’t matter if you smoke or not just makes stamina abit shorter

  16. Really depends how you use it … edibles after a workout does not lead to munchies if I eat them prior to my post workout meal and helps me rest super well at night with 10+ hours of deep sleep. Smoking for me absolutely Leads to overeating 😂

My only negative side effect is the risk of getting caught by assholes who end up having a serious problem, but still won't call the police because they know the worst they'll do anymore is just confiscate it, so they resort to the next best thing, SHUNNING YOU TOO THE CURB!!! Granted it did save me from what would have been a forced red neck marriage once. But when people I could have gotten far with carrer wise suddenly want nothing to do with you the you wanna hot box their office and lock the door on them. Maybe even slip them weed tea.
