We get asked what Copaiba essential oil is used for a lot! It’s one of those oils that everyone knows they could be doing great …

Oh my goddess, this was absolutely wonderful! Thank you both for sharing your knowledge and experience. Listening to two perspectives of the one essential oil is enlightening. I've scribbled lots of notes!
I tend to forget about Copaiba for respiratory (I won't now!) but absolutely a star for all things pain and inflammatory (at the moment in our house Copaiba is being leaned on in high rotation for osteoarthritis, broken bones and injured soft tissue, growing pains). I love that Copaiba is gentle enough to use on the whole family.
I also do use it occasionally in natural perfumery, even though it doesn't have much of an aroma it can sit in a formula beautifully, quietly and diligently holding its own space and for the others in the mix, as a fixative.
Thank you again for another amazing info session. I love copaiba and use it nightly with cypress and lotion on my legs to help with restless leg syndrome. I find copaiba very calming. One of my faves.
This was so helpful thank you. I bought some from doTERRA. Someone in my family has COPD and I'm looking forward to sharing this. đ I'll watch this again thank you.
I actually feel that I learn something when I listen to you Adam. Makes me want to investigate the oil or crystal further… well done both of you â€ïž
Thank you both, what amazing knowledge, and such easily understood informationâŠ. I agree with swapping oils around, just like changing up your greens in green smoothies⊠ty
