Bitcoin rising is mostly BUSD money coming in. Cashing out, especially in US Dollar, is really hard right now, with Silvergate and Signature out of the picture. So the focus shifts to Bitcoin to retain some mobility. It's not really indicative of new liquidity flowing into the market as a whole.
