  1. Why do they insist that THC is so harmful? It's not like being drunk where you are super crazy out of control. Besides, people(like me) who smoke regularly build up a tolerance. You can't do that with Alcohol.

  2. Ain't going to happen in Texas , GREG ABBOTT is a cannabus prohibitionest and is against legalization , hopefully he will get voted out of office this November !!!
    BETO O'ROURKE for full legalization

  3. I’m a voter, I don’t drink…

I prefer marijuana as a recreational alternative as well as pain relief.

    Lifelong Texan and conservative!

  4. I’ll believe it when I see it. Texas will be the LAST state in the US to legalize for rec use. Media likes to hype this up around election time to get votes. I just can’t understand how alcohol is still legal but weed is not. People will get there medicine no matter what it takes. The Govt is missing out on the taxes.

  5. Who has the right to tell everyone you can smoke Marbro or kools or Virginia Slim but not cannabis if we believe that the Bible is true then what God did on the third day and he said it was good it should be made legal every where.and stop letting people suffer for your ignorance !

  6. Legalize it already, need new governor, new lt governor, any body else over fifty because they are dinosaur and unwilling to change especially the churches, they have a lot to do with legalization!!

  7. I live in a legal state now and when I go home to visit I would gladly hand money to the state of Texas to be able to make a legal, safe, and clean purchase.

But if the state of Texas doesn’t want my money, hey I understand..🤷🏾‍♂️

  8. We just went from Texas to New Mexico for a family vacation. As soon as we crossed the border into NM we were in a "cannabis legal" state. Hard to believe this isn't the case everywhere.

  9. So stupid that you can drink and go to work, but you can't smoke to get a good nights sleep or to help eat!!!! It's not like we want to get high and work at the same time!

  10. I am all for legalization, but we have a problem that co-exist for current and future legalization from state to state. There is no law to protect a user from a failed drug test on a job and every job in America has a drug use policy, even minimum wage jobs. Its just up to these jobs to chose to abide by the policies or look the other way, but still, legalization is setting us up for failure if you look at it at my angle, especially if you have a decent paying job. Sure, states are indeed seeing billions of dollars in revenue, but when a user loses his or her job in a legalized state, just how is that user suppose to pay for more marijuana when they lost their source of income? If they really care about the people, hypothetically and sarcastically speaking, current legal states and future legal states need to implement a policy/law that will protect us from losing our jobs for failed THC test. It is unfair to give us what we want, reap the benefits of revenue and not protect us!

  11. Legalizing medical marijuana would be good but it also would be useless because only a limited amount of people would qualify just legalize it federally and be done cuz legalizing just medical would keep cartels making more money than y'all would make on just medical it's already a proved factor just look at the states that already done it

  12. Legalize it already. This is the craziest thing to keep it illegal. Legalize it. Tax it. Let the money go to local growers and taxes go to community!

  13. Yall should search up Rick Sampson oil (RSO) it's basically a buttload of natural clean weed mashed up into a small amount of concentrated black weed oil that folks can eat a tiny amount of depending on how potent the rso oil is. The maker sum guy named Rick really claims that it helps with awful nasty Can&er. Bit shoot technologie is getting neat hopefully Good medicine igets to us and is not hidden by the powerful and evil.

  14. If it gets legalized texas adults can buy clean untainted weed, like Americans buy beer. And the money can go to schools, and police funds, instead of criminal organizations.

  15. Too bad Texas is ran by religious zealots imposing their fairy tale based moral compass on all. My, body my choice doesn't exist for a natural non fatal plant but you can go to the local CVS and get fatal pharmaceuticals with ease. Freedom of religion also includes freedom from it and seeing as though big pharma lobbyists and the church owns Abbott this improve won't come until he's wheeled out of office. November 8th vote for reproductive rights, common sense gun control, and freedom to use natural remedies instead of expensive synthetic poisons.

  16. Absolutely not. Marijuana laws helps us incarcerate black men. If we legalize weed we have to find a new method. Please republicans, hold strong.

  17. POT FARMER DANCE SONG $$

I got out my pipe stuffed it with pot

You better believe it held a whole lot.

I whipped out a lighter thumbed up a flame

Sucked down that smoke which comforts my brain.

    I tried alcohol smoked cigarettes

They did nothing but give me regrets.

My mom had arthritis could not walk around

I rolled her a joint she danced on the ground.

I thought I was losing my lovemaking knack

After I smoked some to me it came back.

Soon I decided prices were high

I searched for some ground I wouldn't have to buy.

I bargained for seeds from smokers all around

Got in my truck and drove out of town.

I walked through the woods where wild birds nest

Found me the meadow I thought was the best.

I dug up the ground sowed all my seeds

Said a small prayer for strong, healthy weeds.

I watered at night with a five-gallon pail

Mosquitoes went hungry for I wore a veil.

Seven months went by; I thought I would die

Till the Halloween moon was high in the sky.

At night I went out, in a camouflage suit

Used my corn knife to chop down the loot.

I hung it up to dry where it couldn’t be found.

Came back and got it, when it had turned brown.

I trimmed off the buds, stuffed them in bags

Called all my friends and passed out free drags.

In less than a week my crop was gone

I flew to St. Thomas with a love hungry blonde!!

  18. Legalize it already, corrupt governments always keep the wealth to themselves. Andechrome is Hillary Clinton favorite drug. Too bad it murders children to get at it. Ask Bush Jr. He loves andechrome. Look at the black eyes.
