  1. I too have used it unintentionally, I love that you put into words in this discussion my own experiences and ways of using it when I shifted that. The way Aubrey describes filling his mouth and inhaling a bunch of air on top of it is exactly what I do now. Thanks for the discussion.

  2. I'm noticing after starting to meditate and changing my mindset, I feel the same almost all of the time as I do when I'm "high". I'm coming to the understanding of being high on life

  3. I'm a new subscriber, and I am thoroughly enjoying this whole channel. Thank you for this content. I feel so seen, and heard, yet I haven't said a thing… This is great. Thank you.

  4. Thanks for this discussion. I like using oral tincture for ingestion. The dose is accurate enough and when you can appropriately take the right measures to make sure you get one dose at a time it works wonders. I also agree on limiting use to a few times per week. I will occasionally smoke a joint for fun but I don’t usually use this substance (or any for that matter) in social settings. It is primarily to learn from it and experience higher states of consciousness to reflect, learn, and heal from. Thank you πŸ™πŸ»

  5. A simple "joint" is no format allowing self-awareness acquisition, much less notions of dosing. Even the venerable Volcano vaporizer with a "medical" tag on it recenters the consumer's own universe around paraphernalia for 2~3 minutes then prompts to empty that bag after building up apprension, pushing systematically into the experience of extremes rather than health-wise alternatives never really accessible…

The right dose is when that tool can stay put where it rests forgotten.
