  1. I was a CBD skeptic until I had a rotator cuff injury and carpal tunnel pain. I started taking 20-40 mg of independently tested CBD from a company in Vermont, and it truly helped. (And it wasn’t that expensive.) It also helps quell my anxiety. The trick is to find high quality CBD.

  2. I have a medical marijuana card; I have found that it has helped with me with all of my mental health disorders. Also, I am a Canadian and I fought for 6 years to get my card. The pharmaceutical prescriptions (including new clinical trials) I was taking before, caused me to loose my teeth and I had attempted suicide more then once. Thankfully, I was not successful. I use 2/3 CBD 1/3 THC. I haven't thought about wanting to commit suicide in over 3 years.

  3. I started it 4 days ago for anxiety/depression, it's pulled me out of depression. It feels like i have more willpower towards bad choices. If that makes sense. Instead of pigging out on unhealthy food i've kept a clean diet the last 4 days. Which is unheard of for me. I feel it will also help me beat THC dependence.

  4. me too have diabetes but type 2, I am struggling with some type of depression and anxiety. I am in the process of getting into CBD, still doing some research. Thanks for sharing your info.

  5. My anxiety is still there but it's sooooo much more manageable with CBD and it doesn't spiral out of control.. My mind feels 100% clearer and calmer, before my mind was constantly cloudy and my decision making was affected but that is no longer the case
