  1. On my drinks (coffee/tea, oatmeal) & soup, i usually put organic chia seed, turmeric, cinnamon or matcha, sometimes moringa. I plan to add a dash of pepper/cayenne once i found a quality powder πŸ₯°

I am a cancer patient, i started drinking turmeric fresh ginger tea, just put fresh turmeric in water, let it hang on in there.. Bring it along as juice, i was surprised my lab tests in lungs, heart, sugar, cbc, urine tests good good normal results.. I feel strong and energetic. Wow!!

  5. I have osteoarthritis. Turmeric/Curcumin & cracked black pepper with a bit of cheese in the morning works great for me. It works better than any topical or prescription drug I’ve used.
