  1. Stamets' enthusiasm on fungi is an educational mind spore. Spreading through the human population via the interconnected network of networks (aka internet).

  2. I am in Florida. Used to be in California. The weed here is garbage. Not even close. Why? Corrupt crony capitalism. Now you want to do this to psychedelics? Please wake up.

  3. I am one of those people Paul mentions at the vanguard of this movement. I was marginalized after training under a Yurok/Karuk medicine person or 'shaman'. (A member of the Thom family) . I dared to question organized religion and accepted beliefs. I learned how to access this teacher plant through native/indigenous ceremonial ways. One day humanity will collectively realize, what the shamans have always known, that this teacher plant (mushroom) is a direct pipeline to the stars! Thank you Paul!

  4. I discovered I have been able to see in shroom vision my whole life..tried it first time and was shocked lol let me start off with this.
When I was young. I literally was my sister. I was laying in bed and somehow I was inside my sisters head and seeing what she was seeing but so confused as she was walking towards her room . I zapped back in and look over she entered her bedroom lol weirdest shit ever. Something Definitely is up. As if we all can jump into each other's conscious because we all are apart of. Greater dimensional consciousness. Or we are.just the energy in the world..which would explain people having trips and becoming a tree, plant, or animal or how people can read anothers thoughts . When I think something in my head seconds after they say it. Why they say thoughts are powerful. Lol everyday all day since a kid I have experienced trippy like shit without ever trying those drugs. Until recently.. tried shrooms… But crazy thing is shrooms just helped me see things I was able to see my whole life with concentrationbabd doing this glaze over thing with my eyes .lol weird shit but the Breathing movement, the glowy movement, the letters popping out. Able to see patterns. ..so dmt is naturally in us .. but after trying shrooms it all makes sense. I seen this way sober before ever trying a shroom or any psychedelics😮😅

  5. Science is the exploration of the experience of nature without psychedelics. And I propose, therefore, to expand that enterprise and say that we need a science beyond science. We need a science which plays with a full deck.

A new science that places the psychedelic experience at the center of its program of investigation should move toward a practical realization of this goal — the goal of eliminating the barrier between the ego and the Overself so that the ego can perceive itself as an expression of the Overself. Then the anxiety of facing a tremendous biological crisis in the form of the eco-crises, and the crisis of limitation in physical space forced upon us by our planet-bound situation, can be obviated by cultivating the soul and by practicing a new shamanism using tryptamine-containing plants.

Psilocybin is the most commonly available and experientially accessible of these compounds. Therefore my plea to scientists, administrators, and politicians who may read my words is this: look again at psilocybin, do not confuse it with the other psychedelics, and realize that it is a phenomenon unto itself with an enormous potential for transforming human beings — not simply transforming the people who take it, but transforming society in the way that an art movement, a mathematical understanding, or a scientific breakthrough transforms society. It holds the possibility of transforming the entire species simply by virtue of the information that comes through it. Psilocybin is a source of gnosis, and the voice of gnosis has been silenced in the Western mind for at least a thousand years.

Psychedelic drugs, especially psilocybin, allow a searchlight to be thrown on these deeper levels of the psyche, as Jung correctly stated. But it is not a museum of archetypes or psychic constructs, as he seemed to assume. It is a frontier of wholeness into which any person, so motivated and so courageous as to wish to do it, can go and leave the mundane plane far behind.

Psychedelics can carry you farther and faster than most people care to go. Once you get to psychedelics, it's no longer a matter of seeking the answer, you have found the answer. Now the issue changes dramatically, you must face the answer.

There’s light at the end of the tunnel. The problem is that tunnel is in the back of your mind. And if you don’t go to the back side of your mind you will never see the light at the end of the tunnel. And once you see it, then the task becomes to empower it in yourself and other people. Spread it as a reality. God did not retire to the seventh heaven, God is some kind of lost continent IN the human mind. There is a spiritual obligation, there is a task to be done. It is not, however, something as simple as following a set of somebody else's rules.

Patanjali specifically says that there are three paths to the goal of yoga. And they are, control of the breath, control of posture, and light-filled herbs. It says it right there. Stanza 6 of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The psychedelic experience is the beginning of the spiritual path. That's why it's not important that yogas' claim that they can deliver you the psychedelic experience, because it begins with the psychedelic experience, and then you go from there. Apparently, in the Avesta classical period no one would have dreamed of having a spiritual experience without resorting to drugs.

I'm not an advocate for everything that rolls out of the laboratory. I'm an advocate for things sanctioned by millennia of usage. The psychedelic experience is simply a compressed instance of what we call understanding, so that living psychedelically is trying to live in an atmosphere of continuous unfolding of understanding, so that every day you know more and see into things with greater depth than you did before. This is a process of education.

The plants are the pipeline into the Gaian intention. It's just not a coincidence that these plants carry this immense spiritual message. They are the pipeline of Gaian intentionality. The fungi became, or is for some mysterious reason still to be discovered, a pipeline into a mind, an entelechy, which we can only image as feminine and can only associate somehow to the environment, to the ecosystem. This is the Gaian mind. This is what the goddess really is. The goddess is a network of connective intelligence that is operating on this planet.

The planet has a kind of intelligence, it can actually open a channel of communication with an individual human being. The message that nature sends is, transform your language through a synergy between electronic culture and the psychedelic imagination, a synergy between dance and idea, a synergy between understanding and intuition, and dissolve the boundaries that your culture has sanctioned between you, to become part of this Gaian super-mind.

Now, why should taking a natural psychedelic drug compound like psilocybin give you hope? It's because it connects you up with the real network of values and information inherent in the planet, the values of biology, the values of organism, rather than the values of the consumer. …

  6. Psychedelics definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression I would like to try them again but its just hard to source our here

  7. You talking to me? I used to snort the first hit, them eat a couple. That way it comes on fast and then just gets better. I have done a vast amounts of LSD, and large amounts of Psilocybin Psilocybe, we used to pick in the fields in BC.

My favourite way to do shrooms is make tea from dried shrooms. About 250 Psilocybin Psilocybe is a good acid level stone for 4 or 6 people.

  8. Hi Paul, just wanted to ask is it possible that some people are immune to shrooms? i got grow kit and had 3 flushes of Golden Teacher and they didn't work at all each time i took heroic dose with friend of mine and we just couldn't understand why nothing worked… is it poss to be a bad batch or some peeps are just immune to psilocybin. love your work by the way and thank you for everything you do

  9. A question I would ask Paul… being a shroom captain.. assuming he’s eaten a lot of Fungi and different mushrooms… do youu have any bodily fungal bacteria ? Fungi on the feet ? Toes ? Your beard ? Do Any parts of your skin, have a fungi ? It’s a serious question. Because fungi can grow on the body… would eating mushrooms, fungi, increase chances of getting something like that ?
