You cannot buy medical marijuana out of state in Ohio or Illinois with an out of state medical card and Ohio and Illinois will not issue non residents a medical card. This order is useless. If the gov adds a grow your own clause to the order then it will have some validity, otherwise it is useless. Maybe they will make some changes.
Why don’t they just legalize it already and why don’t the police just butt out? Afterall, Sheriff’s are so keen on not to adhere to the latest gun law that was enacted, why can’t they look past someone with cannabis? Are they just looking to lock people up, fine them and make their lives harder? It’s a plant that’s far safer than alcohol or any other drug for that matter. Just leave the people in peace for Christsake.
