  1. Not for me – answering the question. Conspiracy to kill Tammy – probably the most proven by the state's attorney's . Emotionally (assuming guilt) I can judge myself differently.

  2. The private attorney may be under contract with the public defender’s office. In Indiana, not all counties have the capacity to fund a public defender’s office fully so private attorneys have contracts to pick up cases.

  3. I'm sure that LV will be convicted for conspiracy, but I'm not sure about the murder charges.

For most of the trial, LV's team didn't blame it on Chad until the closing arguments. I'm curious to see if Chad will follow the same strategy or pin it on LV entirely.

  4. I wish I could say I was surprised at the Prosecution in this case. They are truly setting her up nicely to get all of this thrown out due to their absolute incompetence.

  5. Scott, I consider you to be one of the best attorneys out there….. but please, you need to keep quiet because you are giving Chad’s attorney too many ideas to get Chad off! Love your show as always, bro!!!

  6. It was a copy and paste mistake either done by a legal secretary or a young attorney. I was a legal secretary and we were always cutting and pasting from other indictment documents. The main prosecutor trusting his legal secretary doesn’t catch the error. The paragraphs have the correct wording. It’s just the subtitle that was overlooked. It’s a typo. You know it has happened to you before. Attorneys are all human and trust their legal secretaries and young attorneys. Of course they should be more careful, but it happens.

I can see that you’re upset because you’re a defense attorney and that you had a case where prosecutor had an amendment of an indictment and judge allowed it. Judges just about always help out the prosecution. That’s life sometimes.

  7. Back in the day, circumstantial evidence was all you had sometimes. Jurors needed critical thinking skills in those cases. In Lori's case, the duct tape is a problem because when I read her hair was found on the duct tape, I said, so what? She probably washed the pajamas. I have been on a jury, and that stupid mistake would have made me wonder about the other evidence. In a circumstantial case, you can't have the jury wonder if some of the other evidence is BS. I think she is guilty, but with the prosecution presenting the duct tape as significant evidence and the defense not saying anything about it, she might be acquitted. It's not impossible, being a totally shitty mother doesn't mean you killed your kids.

  8. Right Scott? It seems to always be trials in Idaho that refuse to hold open court where it can be aired or streamed. Are they unaware that it’s 2023?… and technology has changed? We don’t get our information strictly from the newspaper any longer. Someone inform Idaho! 😂

  9. Off topic, but had to share our rescue dog Beary White is so chill now that he gets his Baked In Colorado. Thank you for a great product♡
Found out today per Grandpa, JJ's fav song, was WE WILL, WE WILL ROCK U!!! Loved hearing tge background story he told today♡

  10. Nix on the duct tape argument. It would have been somewhat believable IF the fingerprint had been on the inner layer, near the PJs, or on the first piece of tape ripped off the roll. BUT NO. The fingerprint tape was on the OUTER plastic bag, which was over the inner plastic bag, which was over the body with tape on the mouth, hamds, etc. That inside tape might have a stray transfer hair, but it's not easy to believe the outside layer of tape and plastic did. Unless she was there.

  11. I don't know why are you so fired up about the clerical error… it was a mistake that the prossecutor could and should have noticed but not a big deal… Under Idaho Law, the court can amend the indictment anytime before the prosecution rests as long as it doesn't bring prejudice against the defendant.
Lori is guilty as hell in all these killings … hope she gets LIFE W/NO PARROL

  12. I was the victim in an assault case and was talking to the DA. She said something crazy which lead me to look up the statutes and charges against the assailant. I realized she had charged them wrong. When I told her, she had the audacity to say to me, why didn't you tell me sooner ? Not that she was going to correct HER error but she just wanted to blame me, the victim.

  13. The State has so much power…. They can take away someone’s freedom and liberty for life.
In my opinion, they must be held to a very high standard, and needing to amend the indictment at this stage is pathetic.
I do think Lori is guilty as hell…. and I hope the jury agrees!

  14. Correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't the Michael Jackson stuff propofol, and it was Prince who had the fentanyl, God bless both of their beautiful souls!

  15. ABOUT YOUR MICROPHONE

Hey Scott! I’ve been an audio professional for over 30 years.
Your mic line input is distorting or badly clipping when you dig into the mic (louder volume), which is occurring essentially in the entire video.
It would sound perfectly clean if you find where the distortion is occurring.
This either can be the input volume into the video capture device, or it’s the post volume or master levels that are too hot.

By the way, that Shure SM7b is an excellent choice for a mic.
